Hello and welcome to our clinic!
We are pleased to offer you easy access to our services through our website. Here, you can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions for your regular medication, and write to your doctor. You can also read more about our doctors, staff, and practical information about the clinic.
If you have an acute illness, you must always call us so we can help you. We will most likely be able to offer you an appointment on the same day with one of our doctors or nurses. Our nurses are always supervised by a doctor, and in some cases, a doctor may join the consultation.
Urgent Appointments
You can easily book an appointment through the app"Min Læge" or website “Lægevejen.dk” or by calling us during our phone hours. If you are unable to find a time that suits you in the app, you are always welcome to call us.
Booking Appointments
We only renew prescriptions for regular medication, and you must have had your annual check-up to do so. Please note that renewals for habit-forming medicine, such as painkillers or sleeping pills, always require a physical consultation at the clinic.

An Introduction to the Danish Healthcare System and Our Clinic:
Your General Practitioner (GP)
In Denmark, your general practitioner, or GP, is your main point of contact for nearly all your health needs. Your GP is a specialist in general medicine and has extensive training to assist you with most health issues.
Think of your GP as your primary doctor and the gateway to the healthcare system. Your GP will treat common illnesses, provide routine check-ups, and refer you to a specialist or hospital when needed.
Consultations
A standard consultation with a doctor or staff is typically 10-15 minutes. To make the best use of this time, it's important that you prepare in advance and think about what you need help with.
If you have multiple issues to discuss, we recommend booking a separate appointment for each. This ensures that we have enough time to properly address all of your concerns.
Language and Interpretation
Free telephone interpretation is available for your consultations if there are communication difficulties and you have been in Denmark for less than 3 years.
If you have been in Denmark for longer than 3 years, your GP can help you apply for continued free interpretation, but only if they assess that you are unable to learn the language.
Please be sure to mention the need for an interpreter when booking your appointment so that we can arrange this in advance.
In urgent cases, it may be difficult to arrange an interpreter in time. In such situations, it may be necessary to bring a family member with you. Please note that minors cannot be used as interpreters.
